- I found the site very helpful as I could convey information to all the parents and players without having to send out email blasts to everyone. They all knew to look at the site for team information and scheduling. The boys really liked being able to see themselves on the web site as well. Kind of like they are on TV. But they really liked to see the action shots that I uploaded after each game. Season Planner is a great tool for getting out info to your entire team quickly and easily.

- Initially I just wanted to use the Web page to give my players something exciting to keep their interest during the season and to provide them a way to include friends and relatives (especially out of town family!) with their teams progress through the season. It has since become my primary means of communicating to the team about general information and schedule changes...etc. It took a little while for everyone to get familiar with the site, but the players have been very good at showing it off to their parents and friends and I have been able to have a little fun (at the players expense) creating the site! It has been a great tool to keep everyone organized and has given me an opportunity to say some things to players and parents that I may have forgotten to mention at practice or perhaps just a chance to express my feelings after having had an opportunity to reflect on a particular practice or game. Ken Barley has also been very helpful in providing some guidance in getting this whole process started. I would recommend the software to anyone interested in adding a new level of excitement for their players and a convenient way to quickly communicate with parents and players. Thanks Season Planner.

- I ran across season planner when my youngest son’s baseball coach sent me the link for the team. I thought it was so cool and such a good idea, that I checked Season Planner out for myself. THOUSANDS of hit pages (on three different teams) later…I was able to easily manage the teams AND the parents with this great team communication tool from the gang at Season Planner. I created the site simply for that reason, a better communication tool than hoping a team member got an e-mail you sent, or establishing a calling tree where Jane calls Joe and Joe calls four people etc… I simply trained my team parents from the START of the season, that instead of waiting for an e-mail or a phone call…just check out the site whenever you want. ALL of the latest information is right there. Lastly, from personal feedback from DOZENS of parents…they were excited to send this link around the world, to friends and family members that do not live local and wanted to keep up on the team anyway. There is no better way to do it than a team website from Season Planner. Being dedicated on minimal time to my team sites has eased the e-mail and telephone call flow that is so time consuming in running a team. If the Coach or the Team Mom want to lighten the administrative burden of running a sports team, I can tell you from first hand experience…Season Planner is the only way to go.

- This is the first year of the Mississippi United Soccer Club. Formerly, the Madison-Ridgeland United Soccer Club and the Rankin United Futbol Club were separate entities, competing head-to-head in many tournaments. Our team is the 'Red' half of the U14 boys. Beginning with the U15 year, our teams will formally merge, creating what is hoped to be a formidable opponent for the next several years.
Season Planner has been an invaluable tool for our team members and parents, as a way for all to get to know each other and stay abreast of schedules, tournaments, and goings on. The site builder is very easy (thankfully!) to use, and requires little computer knowledge to implement.

- I am a coach who firmly believes that every good team has a coach or manager behind it who is a great communicator. Because I have web page development experience, I could create a page to address the team’s communication needs. Unfortunately, creating your own page can require complicated and time consuming web authoring tools. I have found a way to solve both problems with a single simple solution; Season Planner.
Season Planner has enabled me to update easily without programming experience or my own site to upload to. Season Planner is so easy; it encourages frequent updates which provide accurate, up-to-date and useful information to your team. What’s more is that the site is a useful communication tool for our parents providing information such as game times / places, snack schedules and current standings. Another benefit is that my players get a real self esteem boost from seeing their names and photos on our Season Planner site, which I believe really boosts their confidence and ultimately their performance.
I would highly recommend Season Planner to any person looking to ad excitement and organization to their teams.

- The season planner tool is a great way to communicate with Players and Parents about season game schedules and practices and help keep everything about your team organized. In addition it is very easy to write up game summaries including pictures. Our kids and parents loved being able to read about the team. The tool is very simple to use and updates are a snap.

- SeasonPlanner was a great site for the kids to read about their games and their teammates. It helps the coach provide information to the parents (schedule, notices, etc.). It helps in educating the parents and players by providing both a source of information from the coach and links to key websites. Parents and players can e-mail the site address to their friends and family.
